We welcome the opportunity to talk about your Estate Planning, Will, Trust, Elder Law, Guardianship or Probate needs. Our goal is to provide the highest quality legal services that not only meet your needs today, but help prevent complications for you in the future.  We strive to treat each client by the Golden Rule, listening carefully, promptly returning telephone calls and adhering to promised deadlines.

Cindy Hutchins is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.  For the past 15 years she has focused her practice on issues involving Elder Law, Probate, Wills, Trusts and Guardianships.  Cindy is a frequent invited presenter and author providing education and training for other attorneys surrounding Elder Law, Trusts, Wills, Guardianship and Probate issues.  My practice has grown significantly over the past 15 years due to referrals from my existing clients, other attorneys and word of mouth. If you were referred by someone, please let us know so we can thank them.

Should you have additional questions or if you wish to schedule an appointment, please telephone our office at (630) 510-0600.
